FireFiles has cut the amount of time it takes to produce our investigation reports by at least 50%. What used to take at a minimum 2-3 hours, has been reduced to 30 minutes to an hour on average. The Chief is happy because this investment paid off quickly.
Previously, we had to work with a word processing system for narratives and evidence reports, photo program for image organization, NFIRS software for some data entry and our PD to run searches…now we can do all of it in one program.
