An error will appear when attempting to print a report from the report area.
This is a crystal reports DLL that is missing from the machine. This is an easy fix. Here is the fix:
1. Download http://www.albx.com/downloads/Products/FF/p2smon.zip
2. Extract ZIP file to a temporary location
3. Copy the p2smon.dll from the extracted files to the machine’s C:\Windows\System32 directory
4. Restart the FireFiles application and try printing reports again
