Follow instruction to repair problem
1. Open FireFiles
2. Click on the SYSTEM Tab at the top
3. Click on Database Maintenance
4. From the SQL Maintenance Tool, click the dropdown on the Application Name
5. Choose FireFiles
6. Click the green arrow next to Test Connectivity
7. There will be two screens, one after another - Click OK for each
8. Click the green arrow next to the Rebuild Table Indexes
9. Click Rebuild - click YES
10. After the system has rebuilt the Indexes the problem will be fixed
