| Problem opening the Adult Report (DFI30) or the Juvenile Report (DFI31) |

Problem: User recieves an object error when attempting to open the report.
Applies To: FireFiles version 4.1.0 - 4.2.4, Standalone and Server Installations.
Cause: Bug in the SQL query used to retrieve the information from the database.
Solution:
- Download the file alterproc.sql (listed in downloadable files below) to your local computer.
- Open the SQL Maintenance Tool. The SQL Maintenance Tool can be opened from the Start Menu: Click Start>Programs>FireFiles>SQL Maintenance
- Select FireFiles from the application name dropdown box
- Click Test Connectivity.
- Click OK as many times as is necessary.
- Click Run SQL Script.
- Open the file alterproc.sql, that you downloaded earlier.
- Click the Run button.
