| Issue opening Internet Explorer after FireFiles install |

Problem: After installing, uninstalling, or upgrading FireFiles, you cannot open a new Internet Explorer window or nothing occurs after you click a link
Applies To: FireFires versions 2.0 – 4.2.1
Cause: The system file shdocvw.dll has been unregistered.
Solution:
1. Click Start>Run…
2. Enter the following text: regsvr32.exe shdocvw.dll
3. Click OK
4. A message box should appear saying “DllRegisterServer in shdocvw.dll succeeded.
