If you experience any technical difficulty with FireFiles, you will always be asked to email a copy of your error logs to your account representative. The situation will be passed along to our programming department, and you will be contacted as soon as we can provide a solution to your problem.
To initiate and speed up this process, you should follow these steps:
1) Email a complete description of your problem to FireFiles Error Report
2) Attach the “Errors.txt” file to the email. This file is located in C:/Program Files/FireFiles (This will only be in C:/ drive if that is the drive that your software is installed. Check installed drive.) |
